Our Commitment to Safety

Worksite safety is always at the forefront of everything we do. Our team conducts weekly company-wide safety meetings, and toolbox talks are common occurrences on our worksites. We value our team members more than anything else in the company, and if we can’t keep our people healthy and safe, we shouldn’t be in business.

As we plan for each build, we hold pre-construction meetings with all parties involved in the project. In these meetings, we emphasize the importance of safety in every single step of our building projects. Keeping a working environment injury free allows our team members and subcontractors to take comfort in what they do. A safe environment is also more efficient, which helps each build stay on schedule and on budget.
